Uncapping the House is the most important issue to solve all our 'other issues'. The anti- 'We the People' Representation Cap Act was passed in 1929. Representative William Bankhead, opposing the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 stated the act was "The abdication and surrender of the vital fundamental powers vested in the Congress of the United States by the Constitution itself." Now, almost 100 years later we are the collateral damage of both parties banding together to protect their interests - not We the People'. The only way for us to regain our Voice is to Uncap the House, then have a robust Citizen discussion on how many more Representatives we need. But we must unite to expand the House first!
